How to participate | Pre Registration is required through the Trainers Website.
We will accept walk-in registration on a first-come-first-served basis if space is available after pre-registration ends. Pre-registering participants will be a priority. Please cancel your registered slot in advance through My Page on the Trainers Web if you wish to cancel. |

Tournament Schedule
Regarding players showing up late for Round 1 specifically, they may rejoin the tournament from Round 2 on the condition that they complete the necessary procedures at the Judge Station before the end of Round 1.

Tournament Structure
【Qualifiers】
Structure | Swiss round, Best-of-One (Bo1)
The Top 16 players in the final Qualifiers rankings will advance into the Top Cut. |

Swapping Cards | Players cannot swap cards in their deck between rounds. |
Match Resolution | Rules on Match Resolution for Bo1 match |
Rankings | Win: 3 match points, Loss: 0 match points. A Draw counts as a Loss for both players.
Players with the same number of match points will have their rankings decided with an additional calculation method. |

Tardiness |
First Qualification Round
Players who have not completed all steps required for participation within the designated check-in time will get an automatic loss for the first round of the event and won’t get to play in the event.
From Round 2 onwards, if a player is not seated at their designated table and able to start playing when the round starts, they will be considered as having lost that Round and will not be able to keep playing in the tournament. |

During and between matches |
Participants are required to check all of the following rules:
Please follow instructions from staff members and sit at your designated table. Tables will be sufficiently spaced from each other. Players are prohibited from bringing the following items to the play table: Food or beverages (drinking in reasonable amounts for rehydration is however allowed and encouraged). No notes taking are allowed in the tournament Submitting match results A staff member will come to retrieve the match slip. Please remain seated after the match is over. |
