How to participate |
Pre-Registration required
Phase 1
Phase 2
If the capacity is exceeded during the pre-registration, the tournament participants will be decided by lottery. If space is available after pre-registration ends, we will accept walk-in registration. The capacity status will be informed after each Phase result is announced. Pre-registered players who have not checked in by 11:00 will be dropped from the Event If there are seats available, previously dropped pre-registered players who failed to check in before 11:00 may then register on-site as walk-ins starting from 11:00. Once the player’s briefing commences after 11:30, the reception will be closed without any exceptions. No players will be allowed to register. On-site walk-ins require account registration on the Trainer’s Website and presenting the trainer’s ID. Players will need to prepare physical deck lists before the Event and submit them at the venue. |

Requests for All Participants in the Tournament
Please observe the following points before participating in the event.
- If you have had symptoms of a fever of 37.5°C or higher, please refrain from participating in the tournament. To prevent the spread of infection, please refrain from participating in the event if you have a cold or any other symptoms of illness.
- Please follow the instructions of the mall and judges to prevent infection and ensure the smooth operation of the event. Failure to follow the instructions may result in refusal of participation or disqualification from the event at the discretion of the store or judges.
- Please be mindful of the rules and play fairly. If you are found to be cheating, registering under a false name, or using multiple accounts on the Trainers Website, whether intentionally or unintentionally, you will forfeit all championship points for the 2023 season and may be disqualified from participating in future Pokémon Trading Card Game Tournaments. Please understand this in advance.
- The Pokémon Company reserves the right to cancel and amend the contents of the event. We will do our best to give players as much notice as we can if an event is canceled. Please kindly be aware of these circumstances when registering.
