Request to correct user information and/or register a new account where required

Dear players, thank you for using the Trainers Website to register for events.

We always expect players to enter true and accurate information when creating their account, but it has come to our attention that some users have registered false or incorrect information. This may have an impact on the smooth running of events, and there have repeatedly been actual cases where we had to refuse participation to said users.

As written in the Terms of Use, users are expected to register accurate information, and in the case they were found out to have submitted false or incorrect information, their account may be suspended.

As such, we would like all players to make sure all information currently registered on their account is correct and up to date, and to update any incorrect information where required.

Furthermore, note that players cannot change their registered Date of Birth, since it affects what age division they play in. Likewise, the registered Full Name will no longer be modifiable from September 9. If your account has incorrect information for either your Date of Birth or Full Name, we ask you to first delete your current account and then create a new one with correct information.
