Pre-registered participants who did not arrive 30 minutes before the official start time will forfeit their slots immediately to walk-ins and be considered no-shows. 3. Walk-in rules: All Walk in players will queue and event staff will record their name on-site to register. Should there be any available slots after the closing of the Elected Players Check-in, a lottery will be conducted. Please note and understand that participation is not guaranteed. A lottery will be conducted at around 7PM. (Walk in players that arrived later than 7PM are unable to join the lottery) |
