Other Rules: Suggested Elected Check-in Time: Anytime before 7:15pm (with organizer's presence) Suggested Walk-In Check-in Time: 7:15pm (lottery) Event Start Time: 7:30pm (subject to change & cancellation) 1. Entry: Purchase 1 Build and Battle box. 2. Elected participants who did not arrive 15 minutes before the start time will forfeit their slots to walk-ins. 3. Walk-in rules: Walk-in slots are open 15 minutes before the official start time. A lottery will be held for the forfeited/ available slots. Walk-in priority supersedes any pre-registered participants within the 15-minute window. 4. Participants who disrupt the peace and harmony of the space/ event will be denied. 5. Event start time can be delayed. Please be patient. 6. The event is subject to change and cancellation without prior warning. 7. Elected participants must take FULL initiative and pro-activeness to check in with organizer. It is not the responsibility of organizer to seek out elected participants.
