Pre-registered participants who did not arrive by 5:30pm will forfeit their slots immediately to walk-ins and considered as no-show. 3. Walk-in is available. Earliest to arrive/ queue gets the priority. Walk in slots open at 5:45pm. Please practice self-policing if the event organizers are absent. 4. The event observes a healthy gaming environment for people of ALL ages, participants who disrupt the peace and harmony of the space will be escorted out of the premises by security. 5.
