Pre-registered participants who did not arrive 15 minutes before the official start time will forfeit their slots to walk-ins and be considered no-shows. 3. Walk-in rules: The earliest to arrive/ queue gets priority. Walk-in slots are open 15 minutes before the official start time. Please practice self-policing if the event organizers are absent. Walk-in priority supersedes any pre-registered participants within the 15-minute window. 4. The event observes a healthy gaming environment for people of ALL ages. Participants who disrupt the peace and harmony of the space will be denied. 5. Event start time can be delayed. Please be patient. 6. The event is subject to change and cancellation without prior warning. 7. Pre-registered participants must take FULL initiative to show up early AND check in with the organizer. Failure to do so before the 15-minute window starts will result in automatic forfeiture.
