Apology: Regarding the malfunction of the program assigning Championship Points

To all players,

Thank you for your continued use of our Pokémon Trading Card Game Trainers’ Website.

Just like what we posted on October 17, there was a malfunction with the program that assigned Championship Points based on previous tournament rankings. Upon verification, we have determined that the assigned points for players in the Philippines were correctly reflected. Thus, we will make the Event history and Point ranking viewable again. We would like to deeply apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused all of you.

Nature of the malfunction

There was a fault in the program that calculated the total number of participants and due to that, even players whose standings were not supposed to receive Championship Points, received points.

Measures taken

Function repairs were performed so that the program would assign points correctly, according to the Championship Point table for each tournament.

We will work even harder to manage the Trainers’ Website so that everyone can enjoy the Pokémon Trading Card Game tournaments with greater peace of mind.
