* Documents fulfilling the above conditions and officially issued by a public institution are preferable. The event organiser reserves the right to decide whether or not documents fulfill the conditions.

| Top Cut Structure | Single Elimination、Best-of-1 * Deck lists cannot be changed during the event |
| Match Points & Auto-drop |
Match Points: If a match does not conclude within the alloted time, it will count as a loss for both players. Players with identical Match Points totals by the end of the qualifier rounds will have their standings calculated through additional methods. Players in the Masters category who get 3 losses will be automatically dropped out of the tournament. |
