Conditions for Participations
  • You must provide the identification to prove that you are a resident of Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, or Hong Kong
  • You must know the rules of the Pokémon Trading Card Game
  • You must be registered to the Pokémon TCG Trainers Website of your region and have a Player ID

If the capacity is exceeded during the pre-registration, the tournament participants will be decided by lottery.

If space is available after pre-registration ends, we will accept walk-in registration. The capacity status will be informed after each Phase result is announced.

Pre-registered players who have not checked in by 11:00 will be dropped from the Event

If there are seats available, previously dropped pre-registered players who failed to check in before 11:00 may then register on-site as walk-ins starting from 11:00.

Once the player’s briefing commences after 11:30, the reception will be closed without any exceptions. No players will be allowed to register.

On-site walk-ins require account registration on the Trainer’s Website and presenting the trainer’s ID. Players will need to prepare physical deck lists before the Event and submit them at the venue.

  • Pokémon Trading Card Game English version only (other language cards are prohibited)
  • Participants can use up to Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Paldea Evolved (SV02).

Deck List Submission
  • Players whose participation has been confirmed are required to submit their deck list through the My Page space on the Trainers Website 2 days before the tournament day.
  • Penalties might be imposed if the deck you use during the tournament doesn’t exactly match the submitted list.
Important Information
  • Only one entry per player
    A penalty may be imposed if one person submits more than one entry.

  • Floor Rule and Penalty Chart

  • Players aged 15 and below must be accompanied by a guardian

  • Guardians have to gather selected location where they will not be able to mingle with any other player.

【QUALIFIER】

Structure Swiss Draw, Best-of-One (BO1)
The Top 16 players in the final Qualifiers ranking will advance into the Top Cut.
The number of Rounds Up to 8 rounds
Match Duratio 25 minutes
Swapping Cards Players cannot swap cards in their deck between rounds.

【TOP CUT】

Structure Single Elimination, Best-of-Three (BO3)
Match Duration 75 minutes
Swapping Cards Players cannot swap cards in their deck between the Qualifiers and the Top Cut.
