If either the Full Name or Date of Birth registered on your Pokémon Trading Card Game Trainers Website account is inaccurate, you are able to request to update that information until Sunday August 16, 2026.

【Important notes on update requests】

• Please make sure to include all of the following information in your request:
• Your Player ID
• Whether your wish to update your Full Name or Date of Birth
• If your wish to update your Full Name:
• Include the Full Name currently registered on your account
• Include the new Full Name you wish to replace it with
• If your wish to update your Date of Birth:
• Include the Date of Birth currently registered on your account
• Include the new Date of Birth you wish to replace it with
• Note that we may not be able to satisfy requests that do not contain all of the necessary information. Thank you for your understanding.
• You may not update both your Full Name AND your Date of Birth. If you need to change both, we instead ask that you please delete your current account and create a new one.
• Players attending events such as the Master Ball League must be able to provide a personal identification document with information (including Full Name and Date of Birth) matching that registered on their Trainers Website account. Players who fail to do so may be disqualified from that event.
• Requested changes are planned to be applied between August 17 and August 21.
