Pokémon TCG Regional League Registration Open!
The 2022-23 Season of the Singapore Regional League is starting this September at Northpoint City, Singapore. Are you ready to test your Pokémon TCG skills to the next level? Championship points will be awarded to the top finishers in the tournament. Depending on the total number of points earned, you can qualify for the Pokémon World Championships.

Entry Method | Pre-register your slot online through Trainers Web. If the capacity is exceeded during the pre-registration phase, the tournament participants will be decided by lottery. If there is some space available after pre-registration ends, we will accept walk-in registration on a first come, first served basis. Pre-register and Waiting List players will be prioritized. |

About Deck Registration | You are required to submit a decklist onsite | Remark | Only one entry per player If more than one entry is submitted by one person,a penalty may be imposed. Only residents of the region can participate in the Regional League. Participants who fail to show up on the day of the tournament without a valid reason may not be allowed to participate in future events. If you wish to cancel your registered slot, please cancel in advance through My Page in the Trainers Web. |

No rental equipment will be available at the venue on the day of the event. |
Other | Floor Rule Players age 15 and below must be accompanied by a guardian. Players are expected to be fully vaccinated according to local laws. Exclusions for children may apply. Guardians have to gather either outside the shop or inside in selected location where they will not be able to mingle with any other players. |

【QUALIFIER】
Format | Swiss Draw BO1 Depending on the total number of registered participants; Top 8 to Top 16 players are expected to advance to the TOP CUT on September 18, 2022. Any changes will be announced during the tournament description on the day of the event. |

Timer Call | If the timer ends at the player who starts the round, he/she will play until turn ends and then the opponent will play until turn ends. If no one wins, it will be counted as a double game loss. If the time ends at the player who goes second, he/she will play until the turn ends, and if no one is able to collect the win, both players won’t be able to receive the points for the round. ※Regarding “Pokémon Checkup”: ・If the match reaches the time limit in the middle of “Pokémon Checkup”, there will be no extra turn. ・When there will be an extra turn, perform a “Pokémon Checkup” if there are any Pokémon with Special Conditions on them before taking the extra turn. ・After the extra turn, do not perform a Pokémon Checkup” |

Win/ Lose Timer Call | If the match time is over and If no one wins yet, the winner will be determined according to the following: (1) If the time runs out during the first game of a match: The winner will be the player with the least number of Prize cards remaining. If the both players have the same number of Prize cards remaining: An overtime match will be held until winning conditions have been met; or until one of the players has fewer Prize cards and will be declared the winner. (2) If time runs outbefore the second game ends: If the second game hasn’t started yet; or if both players have 3 or more Prize cards remaining: The winner of the first game will be declared the winner. If both players have 2 or less Prize cards remaining: The player with the least amount of Prize cards remaining will be declared the winner. If both players have 2 or less Prize cards remaining and have the same number of Prize cards remaining: An overtime match will be held until winning conditions have been met; or until oneof the players has fewer Prize cards and will be declared the winner. If there is a tie due to the “Match rules for Official and Sanctioned Tournaments” Sudden death (only 1 Prize card per player) will be held and the winner of the Sudden death will be declared the winner of that game. If the winner of the second game is also the winner of the first game, then that player will be declared the winner of that match. If the winner of the second game is not the winner of the first game, then Sudden death will be held and the winner of the Sudden death will be declared the winner of the match. (3) If time runs out before the end of the third match: The winner will be the player with the least number of Prize cards remaining. If the third game hasn’t started yet; or if both players have the same number of Prize cards remaining: An overtime match will be held until winning conditions have been met; or until one of the players has fewer Prize cards and will be declared the winner. If there is a tie due to the “Match rules for Official and Sanctioned Tournaments” Sudden death (only 1 Prize card per player) will be held and the winner of the Sudden death will be declared the winner of that game. (4) In cases that don’t correspond to any of the above: Sudden death (only 1 Prize card per player) will be held and the winner of the Sudden death will be declared the winner of that game. Furthermore, if even after the time limit is over and a winner still hasn’t been decided, and even the allotted time for that has passed, and that there is concern that it will cause an impediment to running the tournament, the match will be decided according to the method instructed by the judge. |
