Are you ready for the ultimate card shop showdown?
Gather your fellow Trainers, form a team of three to represent your favorite card shop, and get ready to battle it out for the title of the Pokémon TCG Showdown Champion!

Tournament Details

Date: 6 December 2025, Saturday
Location: Tanjong Pagar Community Club, 101 Cantonment Rd, Singapore 089774

General Rules:
Players will engage in a 3v3 Team Battle using Standard Regulation Decks (60-card deck, 6 Prize Cards)
Each player is only allowed to join 1 Team and represent 1 Card Shop
Card Shops represented must be an Official Pokémon TCG Distribution Channel
Multiple teams may represent the same Card Shop

Preliminary Rounds:
All 64 Teams will participate in the Preliminary Rounds
BO1, Swiss Draw
6 Rounds, 25 Minutes per Round
Point-based reward system

Top 8 Rounds:
After the Preliminary Rounds, 8 Teams with the highest tabulated points will participate in the Top 8 Rounds
BO1, Top-Cut Single Elimination
3 Rounds, 25 Minutes per Round

15:30-16:00 | Top 8 Rounds Preparation
16:00-18:00 | Top 8 Rounds
18:00-18:45 | Closing Ceremony

FAQs

Q1. Is there an entry fee? What’s the sign-up process like?
Sign-ups are free of charge and accepted on a first-come first-served basis through the registration form. In the event of an overflow of sign-ups, entries will be determined by lucky draw and players will receive an email notification of the outcome at a later date.

Q2. Do you accept walk-in registrations?
Yes. However, please note that walk-in registrations will only be accepted from 9:00am-10:00am, on the condition that the entire team is present during registration.
Late registrations will not be accepted, and slots are limited to availability.

Q3. Can I represent multiple teams?
No, each player may only represent 1 team from 1 official Pokémon TCG distribution card shop.

Q4. Is lunch provided?
No, players are to purchase their own meals during the allocated lunch break.

Q5. Can I bring my deck out with me during break?
Players are not allowed to bring their decks outside the venue – all decks must remain within the venue at all times.

Q6. My team was eliminated in the Preliminary Rounds. Can I leave the event early?
Yes, however, we hope that participants stay to cheer on their fellow TCG players!

Q8. Can I take photos or film videos of the event?
Yes, however, we ask that all participants are mindful of other people’s personal data and privacy. The Pokémon Company will not be held responsible for any disputes regarding photography or filming.

Q9. Is this event open to the general public and non-players?
Yes, you are free to bring friends and others to watch the matches.

Q10. Is there an age restriction for this event?
No, there is no age limit.
