2. Registration includes pay entry fee, check in and have your deck list ready on trainer web beforehand.
3. Elected players who did not turn up by 7:30pm to register will lose their elected slots and these slots will be open to walk in players via lottery system.
4. Cut off registration for elected players by 7:30pm. Walk in cut off at 7:45pm for lottery to begin.
