About Championships Points The CSP table referenced will vary depending on the number of participants in the tournament.

The CSP will be assigned according to the actual number of participants after the tournament ends. It might take several days before showing up on players’ MY Page.

We will accept walk-in registration on a first-come-first-served basis if space is available after pre-registration ends. Pre-registering participants will be a priority.

Conditions for Participation
  • You must show proof that you are a resident of Philippines.
  • You must know the rules of the Pokémon Trading Card Game.

Pokémon TCG Banned Card List
Deck List Submission
  • Players whose participation has been confirmed are required to submit their deck list through the My Page space on the Trainers Website by November 16th.

  • Penalties might be issued if the deck you use during the tournament doesn’t exactly match the submitted list.

No rental equipment will be available at the venue on the day of the event.

Important Information
  • In order to participate, you will need to create an account on the Trainers Website for your region and get a Player ID.
  • Only one application per person.
  • Fraudulent behavior, creating multiple accounts to apply more than once, could incur a penalty of up to a suspension from all upcoming events.

Regarding players showing up late for Round 1 specifically, they may rejoin the tournament from Round 2 on the condition that they complete the necessary procedures at the Judge Station before the end of Round 1.

Tardiness Players who have not completed all steps required for participation within the designated check-in time will get an automatic loss for the first round of the event and won’t get to play in the event.

If such a player wishes to rejoin the event and start playing from Round 2, they must complete the necessary procedures at the Event Management main desk before the end of the first round.

The Top 16 players in the final Qualifiers rankings will advance into the Top Cut.

Rankings Win: 3 match points, Loss: 0 match points. A Draw counts as a Loss for both players.

Other Requests to All Participants

Tardiness First Qualification Round

Players who have not completed all steps required for participation within the designated check-in time will get an automatic loss for the first round of the event and won’t get to play in the event.
If such a player wishes to rejoin the event and start playing from Round 2, they must complete the necessary procedures at the Event Management main desk before the end of the first round.

Second Round Onwards

From Round 2 onwards, if a player is not seated at their designated table and able to start playing when the round starts, they will be considered as having lost that Round and will not be able to keep playing in the tournament.

During and between matches Participants are required to check all of the following rules:

Please follow instructions from staff members and sit at your designated table. Tables will be sufficiently spaced from each other.

Submitting match results
A staff member will come to retrieve the match slip.
Please remain seated after the match is over.

Others
Players are prohibited from bringing the following items to the play table:
Food or beverages (drinking in reasonable amounts for rehydration is however allowed and encouraged).

No notes taking are allowed in the tournament
COVID-19 Policy We kindly ask participants to wear a mask during the event.
Hand disinfectant will be made available for all. Please make sure to disinfect your hands regularly.

Please refrain from entering the venue if any of the following applies to you:
  • People with a fever (of 37.2°C or higher)
  • People with symptoms such as a sore throat, headache, joint pain, breathing difficulties, coughing, diarrhea, conjunctivitis, and loss of smell or taste.
  • We also ask that the elderly and those with chronic illnesses, who are more at risk of severe symptoms, exercise the utmost caution when considering attending the event.
  • People who have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
  • People waiting for the results of a PCR test or antigen test for COVID-19
