Trading Card Game Event Outline
The long-awaited Pokémon Championships 2022-23 Singapore will be held this 17 and 18 June 2023. Are you ready to become the Champion?
Championship points will be awarded to the top finishers in the tournament. Depending on the total number of points earned, you can earn the spot for the Pokémon World Championships.
Requests to all participants
Note-taking & Internet-connected devices
As an anti-cheating measure in all Pokémon Trading Card Game official events in Asia, during matches players are not allowed to take notes or use devices that can connect to the internet. Players are also asked not to place on the tables any items not required for play.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in creating a fair and pleasant play environment for everyone.
Tardiness
- Players who have not checked in by the end of Round 1 will not be able to participate in the rest of the tournament.
- Note that players who check in late, but before the end of Round 1, might still be denied participation depending on the state of the tournament (number of participants, etc.)
- If a player is not seated at their table when a round starts, they will be considered as having lost the match.
※ In that case, if by the end of that round that player has not expressed their intent to keep playing, they will be considered as having dropped from the event.

How to participate | Pre Registration is required through the Trainers Website.
We will accept walk-in registration on a first-come-first-served basis if space is available after pre-registration ends. Pre-registering participants will be a priority. Please cancel your registered slot in advance through My Page on the Trainers Web if you wish to cancel. |

Tournament Structure
【Qualifiers】
Structure | Swiss rounds, Best-of-One (Bo1)
The Top 15 players in the final Qualifiers rankings will advance into the Top Cut. |

Match Duration | 25 minutes |
Swapping Cards | Players cannot swap cards in their deck between rounds. |
Match Resolution | Rules on Match Resolution for Bo1 matches |
Rankings | Win: 3 match points, Loss: 0 match points. A Draw counts as a Loss for both players.
Players with the same number of match points will have their rankings decided with an additional calculation method. |
