Participation

Format	Standard Format 60 cards deck, 6 Prizes
Conditions for Participations	You must provide the identification to prove that you are a resident of Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, or Hong Kong You must know the rules of the Pokémon Trading Card Game You must be registered to the Pokémon TCG Trainers Website of your region and have a Player ID
How to participate	Pre-Registration required Registration will be done in 2 phases Phase 1 Start: 25 May 2023 End: 25 June 2023 Result: 26th of June 2023 Registration Event Page Link (Please register on the provided page according to your place of residence.): Singapore Malaysia Philippines Hong Kong (English) Phase 2 Start: 22 June 2023 End: 14 July 2023 Result: 15 July 2023 Registration Form Link: Coming soon If the capacity exceeds the limit of seats during Phase 1, Phase 2 will be terminated. To facilitate a smooth registration process, we kindly ask applicants to register before June 25th using the Phase 1 event page instead of the Phase 2 event page. If the capacity is exceeded during the pre-registration, the tournament participants will be decided by lottery. If space is available after pre-registration ends, we will accept walk-in registration on a first-come, first-served basis. The capacity status will be informed after each Phase result is announced.

What to bring	Tournament-legal deck Identification Coin Damage Counters Markers (Poison Marker, Burn Marker, VSTAR Marker) Writing utensils Non-Woven Face mask (recommended) No rental equipment is available at the venue.
Cards Available for Use	Pokémon Trading Card Game English version only (other language cards are prohibited) Participants can use up to Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Paldea Evolved (SV02). Pokémon TCG Banned Card List
Deck List Submission	Players whose participation has been confirmed are required to submit their deck list through the My Page space on the Trainers Website 2 days before the tournament day. Penalties might be imposed if the deck you use during the tournament doesn’t exactly match the submitted list.
Important Information	Only one entry per player A penalty may be imposed if one person submits more than one entry. Floor Rule and Penalty Chart Players aged 15 and below must be accompanied by a guardian Guardians have to gather inside a selected location where they will not be able to mingle with any other player.

Top Cut (Day2)	23rd of July(Sun), 2023 Pre-registrant check-in: 10:00 AM until 10:30 AM GMT+8 Session Start: 11:00 AM GMT+8 Award Ceremony: 6:00 PM GMT+8 There are possibilities that both schedules may change Participants unable to advance to Session 3 can register on-site for the “Challenge the Pokémon TCG Japan Champion” event until 14:30. Event Structure

【QUALIFIER】

Structure	Swiss rounds, Best-of-One (BO1) The Top 16 players in the final Qualifiers ranking will advance into the Top Cut.
The number of Rounds	Depends on player numbers
Match Duratio	25 minutes
Swapping Cards	Players cannot swap cards in their deck between rounds.

【TOP CUT】

Structure	Single Elimination, Best-of-Three (BO3)
Match Duration	75 minutes
Swapping Cards	Players cannot swap cards in their deck between the Qualifiers and the Top Cut.

Conditions for Participations	You must be 17 years old or below by the 18th of July, 2023 Other conditions are the same as Main Tournament applies

Requests for All Participants in the Tournament

Please observe the following points before participating in the event.

If you have had symptoms of a fever of 37.5°C or higher, please refrain from participating in the tournament. To prevent the spread of infection, please refrain from participating in the event if you have a cold or any other symptoms of illness.

Please follow the instructions of the stores and judges to prevent infection and ensure the smooth operation of the event. Failure to follow the instructions may result in refusal of participation or disqualification from the event at the discretion of the store or judges.

Please be mindful of the rules and play fairly. If you are found to be cheating, registering under a false name, or using multiple accounts on the Trainers Website, whether intentionally or unintentionally, you will forfeit all championship points for the 2023 season and may be disqualified from participating in future Pokémon Trading Card Game Tournaments. Please understand this in advance.

The Pokémon Company reserves the right to cancel and amend the contents of the event. We will do our best to give players as much notice as we can if an event is canceled. Please kindly be aware of these circumstances when registering.
